Bar Volo posts daily updates on their beers on taps to Tumblr: http://taps.barvolo.com/ Downside: data goes out of date quickly. Upside: you don't actually have to go to Volo to update the data set! (Though why would you not want to go to Volo?)

Maybe...but they aren't on our list. Do you know which beer they have on tap at Ciros?
By "best" do we mean "most diverse"? As in, which bar offers the most choice? Or would a bar with a small amount of highly rated beers have the best selection? For example, I'd love to know which bars in Toronto have beers on tap that no other bar in Toronto has on tap.

Added a couple of my locals. I keep forgetting to take a note when I'm at Old York (my favourite).

is there an easier way to manage this list? or are we currently just downloading the data, updating it and then uploading the new data again?
