We call it a Hive and it’s an engaging information hub that people use to provide a resource to their clients, community, department, etc. People now have a comprehensive way to answer the question “Where is the data to back up this decision?”. Consultants now have a richer way to transfer files and analysis to their clients. Organizations and individuals now have a way to broadcast knowledge and facts to their communities.
The Dataroom
Hives contain Datarooms. You can dedicate a Dataroom to anything and invite people to see it. Upload data files up to 500MB into a Dataroom and add attachments, articles, analysis and visualizations. Get a permanent and meaningful link to your Dataroom that you can use in related works. Work with documents, spreadsheets, facts and figures in a useful way.
Revise and Compare
Revise and store data files or sets of data files, see the history, notes and compare.
Invite and Track
Invite contributors or viewers to your Datarooms, work together privately, capture comments and updates. Keep track of what everyone does.
Connect and Tag
Connect an unlimited number of data sets within your Hive and organize them with Tags (topics).

Use Tasks within a Dataroom to focus engagement on the things that need doing.
Follow the Important
Automate information updates to your e-mail by clicking Follow on the Dataroom, Topic or Person you are interested in.
