About this Dataroom
In this submission I tried to recreate Liveability index using only the data, keeping my own preferences aside.
Surprisingly enough, data dimensionality reduction methods almost recreated original EIU index, having no prior domain knowledge or 'correct answers' for training.
The overall best city turns out to be Zurich, Switzerland, followed by Vienna, Austria.
Along the way I've created several visual representation of underlying ideas, trying to encourage readers to learn more about the tools and algorithms that I've used.
